I’ve been using plain old paper clips to mark my pages in my blog project idea book, and decided that they were way too boring for me. I like sparkly things to get me motivated, so I did some experimenting. This is what I came up with!
What you’ll need:
Some Paper Clips, matching pairs of Buttons, or large rhinestones. Plus you’ll need some E-6000 & some clothes pins.
Dip the closed end of the paper clip into some of the E-6000.
Using the glue on the paper clip, glue it to the bottom third of the rhinestone or button.
Add some E-6000 to the back of a matching piece & sandwich together.
Clamp them together with spring clothes pins. Set aside to dry. I left them for about an hour, just because I had to make dinner.
Once they are dry, they can be used like any other paper clip.
In use:
To store them, I just put them on some card stock.
Now I can mark my pages with a little sparkle!
I love the way they turned out. Hope you like them too!
