Halloween is almost here! I wanted to do a tablescape for Halloween, but this year, I wanted it to be more friendly than scary. I chose to use cute Halloween candles as the centerpiece & at each place setting.
I hope you enjoy.
I started with a white tablecloth, covered with black lace. Then I added copper chargers & plain black plates as well as black goblets.
Solid black napkins were held with black napkin rings. A small plastic skull was added to the napkin rings using double sided tape. Keeping everything in black, it gives the illusion of the skull floating above the plates.
The centerpiece is made of Halloween candles set on a mirrored place mat. Some orange table scatter brought some more color down towards the base.
If you missed the tutorials showing how I made the candles, go here, here, here & here.
And I had to light the candles. Here’s a view from the top.
I just love the way the candles glow.
Happy Halloween.
and Happy Creating everyone!
