This is how I used plain acrylic paint to add antiquing to a piece.

I learned how to do this painting technique years ago when I was doing ceramics on a regular basis. My best friend taught me how to do this, as she was also my ceramic teacher. Thank you so much Lynn, for all of your knowledge & help.

This way of adding antiquing is very inexpensive (a bottle of acrylic paint is 50 cents) and so much easier than you could imagine… especially if you’ve seen some of the other ways of adding an antique finish.
