I had a lot of fun with this one. I’ve been playing with decorations for the 4th of July, and the thought of decorated candles come naturally to me. (I guess it’s because I love the look and feel of candlelight).
As usual, it’s an incredibly easy project to do.
I started off with some pillar candles, one each in red, white & blue.
Then I got some Offray Ribbon that had those colors.
Using double sided tape, I put the ribbon on the candles. Then I got out some holographic star stickers that were found in the kid’s section at Michaels.
Peeling off the stars was the hardest part of this project. I actually needed a pin to get the stickers off of the sheet. I started to add the stickers on and around the ribbon. And the final result, a set of candles with as much sparkle as the holiday!
So easy to do, but so unique. Hope you’ll give it a try!
Happy Creating everyone!
