Happy 4th of July everyone!
The 4th of July always inspires me. I love what it stands for. And putting together a tablescape to celebrate our nation’s independence is always a joy for me.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it.
I started with a red & white checked tablecloth. For the place setting, I used blue & flag place mats & topped it with a red metallic charger. Next came a white dinner plate, a blue glass salad plate & then a red glass bowl. Red flatware brought the red from the tablecloth up.
I used red napkins with some napkin rings that I made this year. Tutorial coming soon.
You’ll find the tutorial for the Pringles Can Centerpiece here.
Red glasses & star candle holders finished the look that I was going for. I love the way the sun shines through the glasses, plates & bowls.
My little Beanie Babies even got into the act in a vignette above the table.
A view from the top:
As usual, I had to light the candles!
Wishing everyone a safe & happy 4th of July.
Happy Creating everyone!
