Valentine’s Day is only a week away, and it’s such a romantic time for me. That’s the day that the love of my life proposed to me. When I think of Valentine’s Day, it’s always filled with hearts & love. I thought this week’s tablescape should be filled with those. This is my Valentine Love Tablescape:

I started with a red table liner and added a white lace tablecloth on top of that. I love the way the red shows through the white lace.

The place setting was simple. A red place mat with white dishes & flatware. Red napkins were held with white ceramic napkin rings that were topped with red heart puffy stickers.

The centerpiece holds the heart ornaments that I got on my last trip to Pat Catans. There weren’t enough to fill the ornament tree, so I filled in the empty spaces with some glitter ornaments. You can see the tutorial for the glitter ornaments here. I just set it on a doily with some red glass scatter around it, and put part of a red boa around the base of the branches.

The candles were a new purchase that I also got from my Pat Catans haul. I love the way the fire light from the votive candle shines through the candle.

I’ve had the ‘LOVE’ coasters forever. I thought that they would be perfect for a Valentine Love Tablescape. I used clear glassware so the love coasters could be seen.
