You can easily make your own napkin rings.  If you’ve made your place mats, you’re sure to have some left over fabric. I, for one, can not throw away fabric.

Cut fabric 2″ wide by 6″ long for each napkin ring.

Fold both short ends in about 1/4″ & press into place.  Fold about 1/3 of the fabric in at the top & bottom of the length.  Pin in place.  Stitch down the center.  Fold the ends in towards themselves to form a ring.  Stitch closed.

Glue on some heart shaped rhinestones or some glitter heart shaped stickers, or what ever suits your fancy.  Repeat for each ring made.
