This little Damn-it Doll is a real stress reliever.
What you need is some sturdy fabric (I used lightweight denim), 2 buttons for eyes, yarn, polyester fiberfill, a Sharpie, dowel rod or pencil with eraser to insert the fiberfill, A sewing machine, a sewing needle & thread. Some paper to make the pattern & scissors.
I originally found this pattern on Martha’s Sewing Room & have made several since.
The poem that goes with this little doll is:
When you want to throw the phone or kick the desk and shout
Here’s a little Damn-it Doll you can not do without
Just grasp it firmly by the legs, and find a place to slam it
And as you whack it’s stuffing out Yell, “Damn-it, Damn-it Damn-it!”
