A set of drinking glasses inspired this tablescape. I’ve been wanting to do this tablescape for quite a while now. I love the combination of black & white. It always looks crisp to me. It can stand alone, and any color will go with it. I hope you enjoy this week’s Black & White Winter Tablescape.
The tablescape was inspired by a set of Anchor Hocking vintage glassware from the 1950’s.
I kept everything else very simple so that the glassware would stand out. The place mats were solid black, a black plate was next with a white plate on top of that. The flatware is plain white & silver, the napkins are a black napkin layered with a white napkin held with a plain black napkin ring. A plain black goblet finished the place setting off.
I kept the centerpiece very simple. It’s a dark grey brushed lantern with iridescent clear glass scatter with some black sequins scattered among the glass scatter.
Even though the centerpiece is bold, I don’t think it takes away from the Snowflake glassware.
And a view from the top:
I hope you enjoyed this week’s tablescape.
Happy Creating everyone!
