Merry Christmas everyone!
This week’s tablescape, as well as our entire house has a Santa theme. It was inspired by a little plate that I found at Walmart. It had just enough whimsy to touch my heart. I hope you enjoy it.
This is the little plate that inspired an entire house.
When I said, “Inspired an entire house”, I wasn’t kidding. Santa is everywhere! I found the cutest Santa fabric at Walmart & just had to make new curtains. Santa was also the theme for the little white Christmas tree that sits in the corner of our kitchen booth. Santa teddy bear ornaments & red jewels are all over the tree & Santa was under the tree, too!
The place setting was inspired by the little plate. I started with a Better Homes & Garden glittery red tablecloth. Using the rim of the plate as more inspiration, I used a bright green charger & a plain red dinner plate to place the Cookies for Santa plate on. Matching napkins were held by Santa Belt Napkin Rings. Red handled flatware finished it off.
The centerpiece was Santa. Mr. & Mrs. Claus salt & pepper shakers were added to the Santa.
I used plain red goblets to add more red to the tablescape. I just love the way the light glows through them.
For some reason, I couldn’t get enough red this year.
I hope you enjoyed the Cookies For Santa Tablescape.
Wishing everyone a wonderful and Blessed Christmas.
Happy Creating everyone!
