I haven’t done a tablescape in awhile, but when I saw these leaf patterned plates at the Dollar Tree, I knew I had to do one. And what better way to ring out the Fall season than with a tablescape on Thanksgiving?
I started with a burnt orange tablecloth.
It was a little too bright for me, so I added a cream colored lace tablecloth over it.
Much better.
Then I added my favorite Fall Chargers.
I added the leaf patterned plates.
To break it up a bit, I added a white salad plate.
Next I added a leaf patterned bowl on top of the salad plate.
Then the matching mugs.
Some brown glassware that I got from my Mother-in-law went well.
The centerpiece was kept simple. A pumpkin on a bed of fall leaves was more than enough.
Keeping with the wood of the charger, I added some wood handled flatware that I’ve had for years. A wooden napkin ring on hand painted napkins finished the place setting off.
To add a little shine to the tablescape, I added some metallic pumpkins to each place setting.
The Fall Tablescape was done.
If you noticed the candles on the wall, they are candle wraps on battery operated candles. They are so easy to make & will be in my next post.
I hope you enjoyed my Fall Tablescape.
Happy Creating everyone!
