I wanted to add some sayings to my little Halloween Tree, and since I wanted this tree to be family friendly, I chose craft foam to make some little signs.  They’re cute & the little ones can make them easily.  And depending on the size that you make them, they could easily be used as outdoor decorations.

The first thing that I had to do was figure out what I wanted the signs to say.  Once I chose the sayings that I wanted, I used both Sharpie Markers & acrylic paint to write out the signs.  You could also use paint pens to write the signs.  I just spaced the sayings out so that when they were cut out, there would be enough foam around the sayings to be signs.

Then I cut the signs out with scissors.

I used black & a medium shade of brown foam to make the signs.  Bright green, orange or purple would have worked nicely too.

Insert a Christmas ornament hanger to the center top of the signs & they’re ready to hang on the tree!

Have fun with these!  And let the little ones use their imagination.
