I try not to go to Goodwill very often.  Why?  Because I always find so many things that tickle my fancy.  This time I found a few random items that I think I’m going to have a lot of fun with.

I found this little ceramic girl & she just called to me.  Seriously, I heard her say, “Sam, take me home!”

She was already cleaned & fired & ready to be painted.  Since painting is one of the things that calms me when I’m stressed, I knew I had to have her.

How could I go wrong with a price like this?

Then I found this beautiful silver planter.

As soon as I saw it, I knew exactly what I was going to do with it.  Years ago my sister gave me some purple shamrocks & they will be perfect in this.  Needless to say, I love the price.

The size is great.  A little over 12″ by 5″.

I found a bag of clear plastic napkin rings that I know I’ll have fun with.

Then they had a bag of glass candle coasters, which could easily be used for glassware as well.

Finally, I found a bag of silver boxes that I think must have been used as wedding favors.  I have a few ideas for these.  (Christmas is right around the corner, ahem)

I think I found plenty to keep me busy.
