Mushroom Rice

This is a side dish that I created when I was either in my late teens or early twenties.

Mushroom Rice

2 cups cooked rice

2 ribs Celery (Diced)

1 medium Onions (Diced)

1 can Mushroom stems & pieces (Drained)

1 can condensed Cream of mushroom soup

½ can milk

Onion Powder (to taste)

Garlic Powder (to taste)

Parsley (to taste)

Oregano (to taste)

Cook rice & set aside.

Cook Celery & Onions in water until onions are translucent.

In a medium saucepan, mix Mushroom Soup with Milk.  Stir well.

Add mushroom pieces, onions & celery.

Add spices

Heat through.

Add Rice to mixture & stir until heated through.
