Honey Butter

This is one of those simple recipes that makes your family think that you’ve been cooking all day long. This is so good on toast, pancakes, waffles & baked sweet potatoes.

1 to 2 sticks Butter (room temperature)

¼ to ½ cup Honey (Sugar Free)

Butter flavored Pam (to spray measuring cup)

Whip butter until smooth and fluffy.  Add Honey to butter & whip until well mixed.

Serve on toast, pancakes, etc…

Store covered in refrigerator.

Optional: to butter & honey;

      Cinnamon Butter – Add 1 tsp. cinnamon

      Orange Butter – Add ½ tsp. Orange Zest

      Whipped Butter – Add 2 Tbs. Sweetened Condensed Milk

      Spiced Honey Butter – Add ¼ cup Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Ginger

      Rich Honey Butter – Add ¼ tsp. Cinnamon, ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract

      Pumpkin Butter – Add 3 Tbs. canned pure Pumpkin, 1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
