This tablescape was inspired by the color of the plates. I love purple, so this one was a natural for me. I don’t usually use plastic plates, but I couldn’t resist them. Happy Halloween Everyone!

My First Halloween Tree
Well, my first Halloween Tree is finally finished. I’ve had so much fun decorating it. I think that this is going to be a new tradition in our home! I can’t thank my sister enough for giving me the tree. (Love you, Baby Sister)
Witch Tree Topper
Just about to finish up the decorations for my Halloween Tree. Most of the decorations are on the tree, but it needed a tree topper. I thought about having a skeleton hanging on to the top branch, or topping it with a skull or pumpkin, or maybe even a large bow. But I decided on a cute little witch. After all, this is a family friendly Halloween Tree.
Halloween Signs
I wanted to add some sayings to my little Halloween Tree, and since I wanted this tree to be family friendly, I chose craft foam to make some little signs. They’re cute & the little ones can make them easily. And depending on the size that you make them, they could easily be used as outdoor decorations.
Halloween Tree Skirt
My little Halloween Tree is just about ready. It’s sitting on a bright Halloween fuzzy blanket, but the base of the tree looks naked. It needed a tree skirt to cover the base.
Mummy Ornament
I’m still working on my first Halloween Tree and I’m having a ball. I’ve been trying to make all of the ornaments kid friendly. I really like the way this little Mummy turned out. He’s so cute.
And this is how I made him:
Plastic Skeleton Ornaments
What do you do if you can’t find white skeletons? That was my problem. By the time I’d decided to decorate a Halloween Tree, most of the small Halloween decorations were already gone.
I found a package of brightly colored skeletons, and I thought, I can fix that. You know my motto, if you can’t find it, make it yourself! And that’s exactly what I did.
Wooden Ghost Ornaments
When I was looking at some wooden shapes to make some more ornaments for my Halloween Tree, I came across some wooden hearts. And another easy ornament was made!
Foam Halloween Ghosts
Another ornament for my Halloween Tree! This one is among the easiest. The little ones will get a kick out of making these!
Foam Halloween Bats
I’m still making Halloween ornaments for my Halloween Tree. This time I’m making Foam Halloween Bats. They’re so easy to make and they look adorable on the tree.
