Where has Creatively Sam’s been for the past month?
There’s a very simple answer to that. The computer crashed. Thank God that I had everything backed up on thumb drives.
Christmas is only three weeks away! Oh my goodness, where has the time gone? I love Christmas. It’s my favorite time of the year. I love decorating for it, making gifts for it, watching all of the Christmas movies that are on & listening to my favorite Christmas songs. And what have I been up to since I’m in the Christmas mood?
I’ve been making some new ornaments again (so what else is new?) This one is so simple to make. If you have a white matte glass ornament, some silver sequins, glitter Washi tape & some glue, you can make these by the dozens.
You never know where the inspiration for a tablescape will come from. This one was inspired by some salad plates from Better Homes & Gardens.
I hope you enjoy my Pumpkin Tablescape.
We’re only a few weeks away from Christmas, so I decided to get a head start on some new Christmas ornaments. The first ornament for this season is actually a trial for a much larger project. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out, but I’m actually quite pleased. It was easier to make than I thought it would be.
This is my Atomic Mirror Ornament.
I was given this recipe by my best friend 20 years ago. Reuben Casserole is one of those meals that sticks to your ribs and is so good that even after going back for second helpings, you still want more. (ask me how I know.)
I hope you try this recipe. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Halloween is almost here! I wanted to do a tablescape for Halloween, but this year, I wanted it to be more friendly than scary. I chose to use cute Halloween candles as the centerpiece & at each place setting.
I hope you enjoy.
This is the 4th and final tutorial for making the Halloween Candle Holder Centerpiece.
Today’s tutorial is the Ghost Candle Holders and I think the easiest one.
This is the third tutorial for the Halloween Candle Holder Centerpiece.
Today I’ll be showing you how to make the Tin Man Candle Holder. It’s a little more involved that the previous tutorials, but it really is easy to make & is my favorite.
This is the second tutorial for the Halloween Candle Holder Centerpiece.
Today I’ll show you how I made the Mummy Candle Holder, and it’s so easy to make.
