I have a watch that’s one of my favorites. I love the way it feels when I wear it. But it’s recently lost a very important piece of the band. It’s called a ‘Free Loop‘ or ‘Free Ring‘. I tried to find a replacement for the missing piece, and from what I understand, they don’t sell it. The only alternative would be to buy a new band. Unfortunately, I can’t find a band in white that fits the watch. So, I did what I usually do when faced with a problem… I made my own Watch Band Quick Fix.
This is the piece that I’m missing:
I thought I’d show you how I organize my earrings. I’ve seen them organized online using framed screens, egg cartons, and even storing them on trays, but that drives me nuts. All it takes is bumping it once & you have a huge mess that can take hours to reorganize. And I really don’t have all that much room to store my earrings like that. If you read my post on Makeup Storage, you know that I like to have all of things close together, so that when I’m getting ready, I don’t have to run all over the place. Once my make-up is on, and my hair is done, the last things I put on are my earrings & watch, and I’m out the door. It’s like a one stop shop.
How do you take all of this and store it in a section that’s 5″ wide, 7″ deep, and 6″ high?
Once I thought it out, it was actually easy.
Mother’s Day is almost here, and I thought that I’d make a birthstone bracelet for my Mother-In-Law. I wanted to include the stones for her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren. I really hope she likes it.
And this is how I made it:
Little girls love the magic of Fairies. I’d seen something similar to this on Pinterest and I thought it would be easy enough to make for a very special lady.
It was an easy project to make & it made a very special little girl very happy.
